It is an ancient temple located on top of a mountain situated near the village of "jhalpadi" in the "pauri" district of Uttarakhand.
This temple is not so easy to reach,one must climb at least 3 - 4 meters of mountain to reach the top to see the beauty of this temple. If you start climbing the mountain at night, then you will reach the top in early morning when the sun is about to rise, with first sun ray falling on the temple you'll get to see a spectacular view.
There are many Stories related to this temple, but some of them are trust worthy. I have heard such one story from my father,that in their teen age he and his friend's planned to visit the temple, at night they started climbing, in the middle hours of night my father lost the way due to blurry vision because of fog and darkness, he went in another direction just opposite of the way to temple, he got so far away from his friends that they called his name but he couldn't hear that. Suddenly he heard his friends voice from behind guiding him the way to temple, and he reached the temple and met his friends after that he said thanks to that friend who guided him the way to temple but his friend said that he was not the one who guided him even none of the friends guided him, when they came home my father told my grandfather the incident happened to him, then my grandfather told him that the friend no other than the goddess "deeba"herself.Whenever her devotee loses his way ,the goddess guides him to the right path.so this was a story i heard about that temple.Now i am sharing some pictures of the temple , so that if you like them you must visit this temple once.
